Meet Paul Cardinalli, PCA/Salesman

TriCal Inc. is proud to introduce Paul Cardinalli, one of our Pest Control Advisors (PCA) and salesmen based in Oakdale, CA. Paul has been an integral part of the TriCal team for 7 years, demonstrating exceptional dedication and expertise. His journey with us began as an intern while attending Cal Poly, and upon graduating, Paul seamlessly transitioned into a full-time role with TriCal.

Paul’s professional growth stems from hands-on field experience, encompassing diverse areas such as soil conditions, ground preparation, and regulatory compliance related to soil fumigation. A typical day for Paul starts with assisting our applicators in loading products and initiating field applications for our customers. He ensures smooth operations, addresses any issues that arise, and prepares for the next day’s tasks, setting up for upcoming applications before the applicators commence their work.

When asked about his favorite aspect of the job, Paul highlighted the opportunity to explore new territories, engage directly in fieldwork, and provide valuable assistance to customers in combating nematode and disease issues. He values the relationships cultivated with growers and takes pride in earning their trust through the successful outcomes of soil fumigation projects.

Outside of work, Paul enjoys pursuing his passions for hunting and fishing whenever time permits, showcasing his commitment to both professional excellence and personal fulfillment.
